Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Derfamuto ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms of Use, please do not use this service.

Derfamuto provides web service prototyping and UX design solutions through our online platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
User Accounts

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or any other systems or networks connected to the service
Intellectual Property Rights
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Derfamuto and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our service, except as generally and ordinarily permitted through the service according to these Terms of Use.
User Content
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations.
Limitation of Liability

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Derfamuto and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the service, your violation of any term of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Use.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.
All provisions of these Terms of Use which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
